| PD/H/PE contributes significantly to the cognitive, social, emotional, physical and spiritual development of students. Students learn about and practise ways of adopting and maintaining a healthy, productive and active life. PD/H/PE involves students learning through movement experiences that are both challenging and enjoyable, and improving their capacity to move with skill and confidence in a variety of contexts. Our vision for all students is that they will become citizens with a lifelong passion for undertaking healthy practices. The experienced members of the PD/H/PE faculty have devised a comprehensive curriculum that caters for the needs of our students. We help them to develop the necessary knowledge and skill base to enable them to make informed life choices.
