Sport

The sport program at Rose Bay Secondary College is very busy and exciting providing a great range of options and taking advantage of the school’s close location to some of Sydney’s most beautiful parks and beaches.

Choices on offer include swimming and surfing (at Bondi Beach), cycling (in Centennial Park), fishing and kayaking (both at Rose Bay), golf (Bondi golf course), dancing, fencing, City To Surf fitness, gym, along with more traditional sports such as tennis, basketball, soccer, AFL, squash and ten pin bowling.

In case of wet weather students are advised on the day if their sport will operate or whether they will have an alternative activity at school.

RBSC also competes in the Combined High School Knockout competitions in a range of sports, including volleyball, squash and table tennis along with such favourites as basketball, rugby league and soccer. The school also participates in zone and regional carnivals for swimming, cross-country and athletics.

RBSC offers a sports program to meet student needs. From surfing to soccer you will find a sport to suit your skills!
